Laat je stem horen voor betere arbeidsomstandigheden aan boord
De VNC vraagt jouw aandacht voor een belangrijke enquête over arbeidsomstandigheden, gezondheid en veiligheid aan boord. Deze wordt uitgevoerd door het gerenommeerde Karolinska Instituut in samenwerking met EurECCA – de Europese koepelorganisatie waarbij de VNC is aangesloten. EurECCA vertegenwoordigt cabinepersoneel uit 6 Europese landen en zet zich in voor het versterken van sociale rechten en het verbeteren van werkomstandigheden binnen de luchtvaart.
De enquête is nu beschikbaar via
- Invullen kan tot september 2025
- Het kost ongeveer 10 tot 20 minuten
Waarom is jouw deelname belangrijk?
De uitkomsten van deze enquête worden gebruikt in de herziening van Europese wetgeving (Verordening (EG) nr. 1008/2008), die directe invloed heeft op werkzekerheid, arbeidsvoorwaarden en veiligheid in onze sector. Een brede deelname zorgt ervoor dat de stem van cabinepersoneel wordt gehoord bij beleidsmakers in Brussel.
We roepen al onze leden op om de enquête in te vullen en zo bij te dragen aan een sterker geluid namens onze beroepsgroep.

Help shape the future of working conditions in aviation
The VNC encourages all members to participate in an important survey on working conditions, health, and flight safety onboard. The survey is conducted by the respected Karolinska Institute in collaboration with EurECCA – the European Cabin Crew Association. EurECCA represents cabin crew unions across 9 European countries and advocates for stronger social rights and fair working conditions in civil aviation.
The survey is now live via:
- Open until September 2025
- It takes approximately 10 to 20 minutes to complete
Why does your participation matter?
The results will feed into the review of key European legislation (Regulation (EC) No. 1008/2008), which directly affects job security, working conditions and safety in our industry. The more cabin crew members respond, the stronger our collective voice will be heard by EU policymakers.
We encourage all members to take part and support fair, safe, and sustainable work in aviation.
