CLA Update
We’ve officially kicked off negotiations for the new Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) with our first meeting, which took place at the easyJet office at Schiphol. As expected, this initial session was focused on presenting our proposals and allowing easyJet to ask clarifying questions.

We’ve now scheduled a series of follow-up meetings, with the next one set for Thursday, 31 July. In total, we have seven more sessions planned through to the end of September. The goal is finalise the CLA in time for implementation on 1 January 2026.

Elections easyJet section
Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent VNC easyJet board member election. We’re proud to see such high engagement, which reflects your ongoing commitment to shaping our future together.

We are pleased to announce that Farah van Keeken has been re-elected for another term as board member of the easyJet section. During our section meeting on 29 July, board roles were reassigned, and by vote, Farah will continue in her role as President of the section.
