Wat zijn de belangrijkste taken?
* Het afsluiten van de easyJet cao;
* Onderhandelen over zaken die belangrijk zijn voor ons allemaal;
* Stevig opkomen voor de belangen van al onze leden.

In onze Sectievergadering zullen de leden stemmen over de invulling van deze functie, die ontstaat omdat de termijn van Farah van Keeken afloopt. We nodigen jullie van harte uit om te solliciteren – net als Farah, die zich herkiesbaar stelt.

Wat wij zoeken:
Een VNC/ easyJet cabinelid met de volgende kwalificaties:
* teamspeler met behoud van eigen identiteit;
* strategisch/ analytisch vermogen;
* oplossingsgericht met een onderzoekende houding;
* vastberadenheid/ doorzettingsvermogen qua opkomen voor leden;
* solide cao-kennis;
* goede communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk op relatievorming.
Indien nodig ook buiten kantooruren beschikbaar.

Wat wij bieden:

VNC Vacancy: easyJet Section Board Member
Are you an easyJet member interested in joining the enthusiastic and committed team at VNC? Would you like to contribute to securing strong working conditions and representing the interests of your immediate colleagues? If you’re up for the challenge, then apply to become a Section Board Member!

Key responsibilities include:

• Negotiating and finalising the easyJet collective labour agreement (CLA);
• Engaging in discussions on matters that affect all of us;
• Strongly advocating for the interests of all our members.

During the upcoming Section Meeting, members will vote to fill this position, which is becoming vacant as Farah van Keeken’s term comes to an end. Farah is standing for re-election, and we warmly encourage others to apply as well.

Who we’re looking for:
A VNC/easyJet cabin crew member with the following qualities:

• A team player who maintains their own perspective;
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills;
• Solution-focused with a curious, investigative mindset;
• Determined and persistent in advocating for members;
• Solid understanding of collective labour agreements;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• Willingness to be available outside regular office hours when necessary.
