Je bent van harte welkom op dinsdag 15 april van 14:00 tot 15:00 uur, op het VNC-kantoor op Stationsplein 406 te Schiphol-Oost of je kunt via Teams de digitale sessie bijwonen. Kort voordat de sessie begint zal je een Teams uitnodiging ontvangen.

Waarom meedoen?
We werken als VNC hard aan een cao die aansluit op jullie wensen en behoeften. Denk aan zaken als loon, roosters, rusttijden, pensioen en andere arbeidsvoorwaarden. De verzamelde input vormt de basis voor de voorstellen die we als sectiebestuur namens jullie inbrengen aan de onderhandelingstafel.

Tijdens de sessie:

• Bespreken we de binnengekomen cao-punten
• Horen we graag jullie reacties en aanvullingen
• Creëren we samen een sterk en gedragen verhaal richting easyJet

Reminder: Join the easyJet Member Info Session on Your CLA

Your opinion matters! Recently, we asked for your input on what should be included in the new Collective Labour Agreement (CLA). Over 40 colleagues took the time to share their priorities – thank you! We’ll be discussing all of these points during the upcoming info session.

You’re warmly invited to join us on Tuesday 15 April from 14:00 to 15:00 CET, either at the VNC office at Stationsplein 406, Schiphol East or you can attend the digital session via Teams. Shortly before the session starts, you will receive an Teams invitation for it.

At VNC, we are working hard to negotiate a CLA that reflects your needs and priorities. Topics include pay, rosters, rest times, pension, and other working conditions. The feedback we received forms the foundation for the proposals we will take to the negotiating table on your behalf.

• There will be space for your comments and suggestions
• Together, we’ll build a strong and united message for the employer
