De huidige cao voor easyJet cabinepersoneel loopt af in december van dit jaar. We willen graag op tijd beginnen met de onderhandelingen met easyJet voor een nieuwe cao. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de onderwerpen die jij als lid belangrijk vindt meegenomen worden, kun je onze enquête invullen met jouw top 5 cao-wensen.

Wat kun je invullen?

• Geld: loonsverhoging, inflatie correctie
• Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden: reiskosten, pensioen
• Werk-privé balans: deeltijdopties, bescherming van het rooster
• Roosters: iBid, roosterregels
• Andere cao-zaken: al je overige wensen en suggesties.

Het invullen van jouw specifieke wensen geeft je de kans om invloed uit te oefenen op de cao-onderhandelingen en jouw specifieke ideeën voor de nieuwe cao kenbaar te maken. Jouw input helpt ervoor te zorgen dat de onderwerpen die jij belangrijk vindt meegenomen worden in de onderhandelingen. The current Collective Labour Agreement for easyJet cabin crew runs until December 2025. We would like to begin negotiations with easyJet in a timely manner for a new agreement. To ensure that the issues that matter most to you, as a member, are taken into account, you can fill out our survey with your top 5 collective agreement priorities.

What can you include?

• Money: salary increases, inflation adjustments
• Secondary benefits: travel expenses, pension
• Work-life balance: part-time options, career breaks
• Rosters: iBid, roster rules
• Other collective agreement matters: any other wishes and suggestions.

Filling out the survey: very important!
By sharing your specific priorities, you have the opportunity to influence the CLA negotiations and make your ideas for the new agreement known. Your input ensures that the issues you care about will be included in the negotiations. By participating, you are directly contributing to better working conditions for yourself and your colleagues.
