easyJet cao-infosessie – Resultaten cao-enquête

Afgelopen juli vond de VNC cao-enquête onder easyJet-leden plaats. Hierin konden leden laten weten welke onderwerpen zij belangrijk vinden voor de volgende cao.

De resultaten zijn binnen. Tijdens de cao-infosessie op 2 september presenteren we de belangrijkste uitkomsten en thema’s. Ook is er ruimte om hierover in gesprek te gaan en aanvullende onderwerpen, zorgen of suggesties voor de komende cao naar voren te brengen.

Tijdens de sessie:

· presenteren we de resultaten en belangrijkste thema’s uit de cao-enquête
· bespreken we wat de uitkomsten kunnen betekenen voor de prioriteiten in het komende cao-traject
· is er ruimte om andere onderwerpen, zorgen of suggesties rond de cao naar voren te brengen die volgens leden aandacht verdienen

De inbreng van onze leden is belangrijk. De cao-enquête biedt een goede basis voor het bepalen van de onderwerpen die leven binnen de easyJet-sectie. Tijdens de infosessie horen we ook graag welke punten nog meer aandacht verdienen, ook als deze niet in de enquête aan bod zijn gekomen.

We hopen veel easyJet-leden op 2 september om 10.00 uur te verwelkomen. Kom naar het VNC-kantoor of sluit online aan via Teams en laat horen wat jij belangrijk vindt voor de volgende cao.

easyJet CLA Info Session – CLA Survey Results

Last July, VNC conducted its CLA survey among easyJet members, giving members the opportunity to share which topics they consider important for the next Collective Labour Agreement (CLA).

The results are now in. During the CLA Info Session on 2 September, we will present the key findings and themes from the survey. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the results and raise any additional topics, concerns or suggestions for the upcoming CLA negotiations.

During the session, we will:

· present the results and key themes from the CLA survey
· discuss what the findings could mean for the priorities in the upcoming CLA negotiations
· provide an opportunity to raise other CLA-related topics, concerns or suggestions that members feel deserve attention

Input from our members is important. The CLA survey provides a valuable basis for identifying the issues that matter to all. The session also provides an opportunity to raise points that may not have been covered in the survey.
