Deze VNC cao-voorstellenbrief is recent naar easyJet verstuurd en weerspiegelt de wensen en behoeften van onze leden voor de nieuwe cao. De nadruk ligt op:
• een sterke roep om beloning van de lengte van het dienstverband;
• verbetering van het pensioen.

Donderdag 28 september beginnen de onderhandelingen voor de nieuwe cao en krijgen alle betrokken partijen de mogelijkheid om hun voorstellen toe te lichten. Om te toetsen of onze voorstellenbrief die we in mei 2023 met jullie hebben gedeeld nog voldoet aan jullie wensen, hebben we in diverse ledensessies afgelopen maand velen van jullie gesproken. Met dit arbeidsvoorwaardenvoorstel willen we recht doen aan alle rangen en dienstjaren binnen de Amsterdamse cabine crew.

We kijken ernaar uit om een goede cao voor onze leden uit te onderhandelen. Uiteraard houden we jullie op de hoogte van alles.

Upate easyJet CLA negotiations

This VNC proposal letter is recently sent to easyJet and is a reflection of the wants and needs of our members for the new CLA. They have voiced their need for:
• improvement of the CLA with a strong call for reward of length of service;
• improvement of the pension.

On Thursday the 28th of September the first negotiations for the new CLA will commence and all parties involved will get the opportunity to substantiate their proposals.
To measure if our proposal letter that we shared with you in May this year still meets your needs, we’ve met members during several (online) sessions in August. With the employment conditions proposal we want to do justice within all ranks and lengths of service within the Amsterdam cabin crew community.

We look forward to negotiating a good CLA for our members. Of course we will take you with us through the process and will keep you informed through our usual channels.
