Flying since: 1992 Function on board: Cabin Manager
Background I was tempted to run for this opening last year but decided to wait until I had more experience with the company. During the last CLA negotiations however, I noticed that I was very involved and eager to be kept informed so when the opportunity rose to run for this vacancy I took it!
Experience I started my aviation career in 1992 with KLM and flew for several other airlines before joining easyJet in 2016. I was Flight Safety Trainer/ Instructor for over 6 years at various aviation training organisations.
Goal My main topics are: equal division of standby’s versus flights throughout the year, monitoring the actual revenue versus costs of the AMS base in order to be in a stronger position during future CLA negotiations. In favour of working together with the easyJet pilot representatives of VNV to share and synchronise information.
I’m committed to change Amsterdam base and make this base desirable for all to work at!
