The option to work parttime is a right under the Dutch law ‘Wet flexibel werken’ and around 45% of people working in the Netherlands work parttime.

In the current CLA we have a few parttime roster patterns, which are easyJet preferred parttime roster patterns. In our proposal letter the VNC has requested the introduction of more preferred parttime roster patterns.
