De eenmalige bonus en de maandelijkse verhogingen zijn geen onderdeel van het basissalaris. De betalingen zijn niet pensioengevend en ook geen onderdeel van de prestatiebonus, zoals beschreven in de huidige cao. De maandelijkse verhoging van het salaris blijft van kracht totdat er een nieuwe cao is, waarvoor dus later dit jaar wordt onderhandeld.

Verder dit najaar
De vraag naar verbeteringen is groot, daar zullen we in het najaar dan ook verder op gaan inzetten. Het bereiken van een geheel nieuwe cao is een intensief proces met 3 partijen en dat vergt meer tijd om te realiseren. In september zullen we daarom terugkeren naar de onderhandelingstafel om een nieuwe cao uit te onderhandelen. Die zal dan per 1 januari 2024 moeten ingaan.

In onze diverse leden infosessies – op kantoor en ook online – lichten wij het nu bereikte cao-principeakkoord verder toe. Doe vooral mee en meld je aan via deze link. Tentative CLA agreement easyJet

We are pleased to announce that easyJet, the VNC and FNV have reached a joint tentative collective labour agreement. Our members and colleagues had a strong request for improvement of the financial arrangements. Therefore we have agreed on a short term CLA for the period of 9 months with immediate financial improvement in the form of a lump sum payment and monthly uplifts. We will negotiate a new CLA in September 2023 which will take effect per Jan 1, 2024.

The ask from both unions was sizeable and to reach an agreement on a whole new CLA is a lengthy process. We are aware that our members are looking forward to improvement on the current CLA, with a focus on salary. Therefore, easyJet proposed an extension of the current CLA for a period of 9 months. Starting at April 1, 2023 and ending at December 31, 2023.

The tentative agreement:

The one-time lump sum payment and the monthly uplifts of pay are not a part of basic salary, are not pensionable and are not part of any performance bonuses as described in the current CLA. The additional monthly uplifts of pay will remain in place until a new CLA has been agreed and signed by both unions.
The unions will negotiate a new CLA in September 2023, which will take effect per Jan 1, 2024.
